From to 2 to 7 February, Finmeccanica will take part in the Singapore Air Show, the largest aerospace and defence exhibition in Asia.
 
Despite it being only the second edition of this biennial event, its numbers are already at record levels: more than 800 exhibiting companies from more than 48 countries with almost 50,000 visitors from every part of the world.

This year there will be a Green Pavilion, dedicated to innovation and initiatives for sustainable development, an increasingly important concern worldwide, in addition to the Business Forum, which will host meetings regarding markets of strategic interest such as China, India and the Middle East.

Finmeccanica will be present at the event with a stand covering 250 m2 , in which it will display the innovative products and technologies from Alenia Aeronautica, Alenia Aermacchi, SELEX Galileo and Eurofighter. Many delegations, Italian and foreign, are expected to visit the stand.

For Finmeccanica and its companies, Singapore represents a key country both because it offers important business opportunities in the civil and defense sectors and because it can be considered as a reference nation for the entire ASEAN market.

On the weekend, the air show will be open to the public that will be able to watch spectacular acrobatic flying displays and enjoy the enormous static aircraft area where the Group companies will also display the M-346 and C-27J.
