The NH90 is a twin engine multi-role helicopter, developed in two versions to meet the requirements of naval and tactical transport operations including Anti-Submarine and Anti Surface Warfare, SAR and troop transport. 

The NH90 programme is managed through NHIndustries, which includes AgustaWestland, Eurocopter and Stork Fokker AESP.
