SELEX Sistemi Integrati designs and develops Large Systems for Homeland Protection, systems and radar sensors for air defence, battlefield management, naval warfare, coastal and maritime surveillance, air traffic control and turn-key airport solutions, all backed up by full logistic support. 

With about 4,200 employees and a fifty-year track record in system integration, the company has a customer base in no less than 150 countries. 

In January 2009, the activities and resources of VEGA Group PLC company were transferred into SELEX Sistemi Integrati. This reorganisation plan led to the creation of SELEX Systems Integration Ltd, thus reinforcing the Finmeccanica Group Electronics and Security systems capabilities and consulting activities, especially in the UK.

SELEX Sistemi Integrati's offer consists of five synergic and complementary business lines: Large Systems, air traffic, airport and maritime traffic management systems, air defence systems and sensors, naval mission systems and sensors, customer support.
