Today, ATR and WINGS AIR - a subsidiary of LION AIR, one of the main Indonesian airlines - announced the signing of a contract for the purchase of fifteen ATR 72-500s, with options for a further fifteen ATR 72s series 600. The contract follows on from a Memorandum of Understanding already announced in November 2008 which involved orders for ten ATR 72-500s, plus options for a further ten ATR 72-500/600s.

AgustaWestland is pleased to announce that the Korea Coast Guard has taken delivery of two AW139 medium twin helicopters during an official ceremony held at Vergiate plant (Italy). The AW139s will be used for maritime patrol, search and rescue and emergency medical service purposes.
