Fifth day at the Paris Air Show
The fifth day at the Le Bourget Air Show was different from the ones that went before but it still bristled with excitement, in fact it was the first day it opened its doors to the public.
The visitors over the last few days , mainly military and delegations coming from all over the world, made way for the sector’s enthusiasts and individuals with a keen interest, these included two young Apulian students who had won the Alenia Aeronautica and Boeing competition “Natural… mente Scuola” the prize for which was a trip to the Show and admission thereto for the day. This was the project that actively involved all the secondary schools in the Apulian region that aimed to promote environmental qualities, stimulate thought and at the same time give the students involved an incentive for sustainable behaviour.
Tomorrow, on the other hand, it will be the turn of eighty-two cadets of the Grifo V and Leone V course at the Pozzuoli Accademia Aeronautica who will be Finmeccanica’s guests for the whole day. For them too, a day full of activities, including meetings, visits and flight demonstrations of the airplanes that these cadets will pilot one day, is planned.
Again this year, Finmeccanica has brought the best of Italian produced technology and excellence to the Le Bourget Air Show, that together with the Farnborough Show, is the most important window on the world of aerospace and defence and security technology.
