FINMECCANICA TOP EMPLOYER IN ITALY AND THE UK!

Indeed, the Group has achieved the "Top Employer 2013" certification in two countries, Italy and the UK; this certification was awarded by the CRF Institute, the international organization that studies and rewards those companies commendable and deserving for recognizing the value of human capital and for their Best Practices in the HR field, publishing every year a report in each of the countries where it operates.

The analysis was performed using the standards of the Top Employers HR Best Practice Survey, a questionnaire designed to investigate a wide range of HR policies.

The criteria applied this year were: Training and Development, Career Development, Primary Benefits, Secondary Benefits and Working Conditions, Culture Management.
