Young People Programme
Over 23,000 young people of the Group, for their approach to explore, their openness to internationality, their dynamicity and flexibility constitute the real engine for change; for this reason Finmeccanica addresses meticulous attention towards them.
To contribute effectively to the development of the Group the new generations needs to be trained, guided and stimulated. The Young People Programme moves in this direction and is divided into courses tailored to the characteristics, culture and lifestyle of the so-called Y Generation.
It’s a "laboratory” of continues testing, able to offer growth opportunities to all, humans and professionals, but giving the possibility for the best to emerge. And this is in the belief that the "value" represents and should be the element more rewarding within the different Finmeccanica companies.
The initiatives of training and development include FHINK, FLIP, BEST, FUTURE LIFE and CHANGE for ROCKETS and wants to contribute to the identification of what will become the future establishment of the Group.
This path gives the new generations the opportunity to know the complex reality of Finmeccanica and share the distinctive values and, subsequently, to develop professional and managerial skills.
The various initiatives are opportunities for exchanging and sharing among young colleagues from all over the world and with the company management, including the use of the functionality of Web 2.0 and the activation of dialogue mechanisms and virtual meeting places (forums, blogs, community).
And the net also extends outside the Group and on different social networking systems former pupils of Finmeccanica meet to expand their professional relationships, and confronting with professionals around the world.
