It's an ambitious project aimed at identifying on the global market resources with motivational and professional characteristics of absolute excellence. FLIP (Finmeccanica Learning Induction Programme) is an induction path addressed to all new recruits of the Group, designed to share the distinctive values of Finmeccanica, which develops a sense of belonging and provides participants with the necessary tools in order to effectively orient themselves within the organization. The particularity of the path consists in the way of learning "mixed" (blended learning): an effective combination of tradition and innovation, based on a mix of lessons in classroom, e-learning and team working (virtual and in presence).

BEST (Business Education Strategic Ten) is the Master of the annual period in General Management addressed to the best young graduates from all Group companies with a maximum of 3 years of business seniority. The Master is a managerial gym in which young emergent people can increase and train skills and knowledge, experiment distinctive behavior of Finmeccanica management style, and at the same time develops leadership skills and teamwork. It is one of the two Corporate Executive MBA (Master in Business Administration), certified by ASFOR, the Italian Association for Management Training, and is the first one in Italy to have received the e-learning MBA recognition. The top three winners in each edition of the Master BEST have the privilege to access the Future LIFE Programme.

Future L.I.F.E. (Learning Intensive Finmeccanica Experience), is addressed to all young people of the group companies that have distinguished themselves as best in class in the various editions of the Master BEST.Future LIFE is an innovative training experience designed to encourage participants in experimenting behaviors, knowledge and fundamental tools to act effectively within Finmeccanica world. The goal is to offer them the opportunity to compare with "excellent models" at international level, and then bring back what they learn directly to the Group Management.

CHANGE (Challenge Hunters Aiming at New Generation Excellence) for Rockets, is an initiative addressed to the Rockets, those excellent resources of the Group, with approximately 10 years of business seniority, with international standing and strong potential for growth into roles of greater responsibility. It ‘s a path of accelerated individual development and an opportunity of collective training that raises awareness of participants on market trends and international scenario in which the Group operates and facilitates mobility intra-group and intercompany comparison. In order to facilitate the emergence of an Elite capable of contributing to the progressive definition of the new Finmeccanica leadership group, the project plans at the end of the path the identification of a ranking of excellent resources to be involved in specific development plans.
