Executive & Middle Manager Programme
The Competency Lab (CLAB) is addressed to Executive and Middle Managers of the Group worldwide and it is a system for training and development of managerial skills of Finmeccanica, divided into personalized learning paths based on individual needs.
The Clab supports participants in managing the complexity of the context in which they operate by providing interpretive keys consistent and shared, and developing skills of innovation management and change.
To support the entire training path is predicted the use of a "Web Learning Environment" on a dedicated platform, which promotes the exchange and sharing of experiences.
From Technology to Values, is a residential seminary of training management seminar addressed to managers with high potential at international level.
The aim of the Seminar is to develop the knowledge and skills necessary for participants to effectively handle the processes of change in the complexity context of Finmeccanica, in consistency with its main strategic drivers: value creation, orientation towards market and customer, innovation, integration and Internationalization.
It has been created an online community that facilitates interaction, the confrontation and sharing of experiences and expertise so to ensure continuity of dialogue between managers who took part in the various editions. And there is much more! Regularly some "Focus On" are realized to investigate topics of interest for the Group.
Executive Leadership Programme, is an initiative of higher education and management development addressed to a select number of managers of various operative companies of the Group at international level. The program, designed in collaboration with Imperial College of London and Columbia University of New York, aims to strengthen the distinctive skills necessary today for the Top Executive Finmeccanica, through integration and comparison on specific topics, such as Visioning, Managing Innovation, Intellectual Capital and Leadership.
