The Group

Group services consist of all services shared by companies within the Group, which lend themselves to criteria of synergy and central management through a single dedicated structure.

The aim is to improve efficiency, quality and effectiveness of services while, at the same time, making it possible to cut down management costs, to optimise invested capital, and to create value for the whole Group.

For this reason, the Finmeccanica organisation has two subsidiaries, Finmeccanica Group Services and Finmeccanica Group Real Estate, whose mission is to implement and provide all non-critical business services common to Group companies, such as ICT, power supply, purchasing, global services, logistics, property management, asset management and EHS.
