Global Service
Finmeccanica Group Services (FGS) centrally coordinates Group expenditure associated with plant services managed in “Global Service”, in other words through a multiyear contracts with a single subject that is responsible for providing the aforementioned services on the basis of predefined streamlining and operational performance objectives.
The implementation of this management model is aimed at pursuing the optimization of expenditure, the reduction of capital invested in non-core assets, the containment of the risks related to operations and the minimization of environmental impact.
FGS intends to foster the advanced Global Service model, monitoring the management of ongoing activity, coordinating pilot initiatives for new services in the individual companies and guiding best practices and streamlining proposals aimed at creating synergies on the national and international scale.
